Throwing to the running backs

It seemed to me Wilson put this wrinkle in just for the MU game and it really helped to keep them guessing. The backs all showed good hands and most were for positive gains. Since the Tigers were focusing on stopping the run it was a great way to keep the backs involved. Good move by the OC this time.

I'm all in favor of throwing to the backs and the TE's more. We have lots of skill at those positions, though I'm not very high on JJF at the TE spot, and anything we can do to better utilize OUr talent and add versatility to OUr offense would be good. IMHO...

Maybe we could or should have done that to keep the last drive alive.

With 2:39 left in the game 1 first down should have given OU time to run out the clock.

yeah, not getting that first down in that last drive made me mad. that and letting MU score another touchdown. I hate the prevent defense.
