the better question would be who goes down last?

meeting a undefeated KU squad for the Big XII champeenship isn't that far fetched and would be a great test right before our next MNC game.

Ohio State WILL get tagged (probably at Penn State).
Kansas WILL get tagged (either by Mizzou or CU).
BC WILL get tagged by Va Tech and probably Miami.
Arizona State WILL get tagged by either Cal or SUCC (or both).
Hawaii MIGHT get tagged by the Smurfs.
South Florida MIGHT get tagged by either Louisville, Rutgers or Cincinnati.

Out of all of em, South Florida has the best odds at running the table.

BC goes down at VT next week;
USF has to go to Rutgers next week
tOSU loses the following week at PSU (which is a typically horrific place for them to play)
ASU has Cal in two weeks, and @ Oregon after that
I am not worried about KU because we could take care of them in the CCG.
Hawaii=who cares (actually, they go on the road against BSU; they are never any good off the island)

KU I actually want to win out. That way if we play them for the Big XII Championship (I'm not about to jinx it) they'll be ranked VERY high, and will be a HUGE boost to us in the ratings.

I say South Florida loses Thursday night to Rutgers

Hell...I said it to my wife about four weeks ago. I think that KU will win the Big XII north...she laughed at me.

I'm still in therapy.

Chaser,
Jack Harry, long-time kc sports broadcaster, picked KU to win the b12 north before the season started. He based it on their easy big 12 south schedule (i.e., no OU, Texas, etc.)

certainly she remembers the 70's when KU had a decent team led by Nolan Cromwell.

she was probably in her late 30's then.

I think every one of them loses next week. The only chance of one of them escaping is Kansas.

After watching Miami against Georgia Tech, in The Orange Bowl, I don't see them beating BC at Chestnut Hill. Until the GT game Miami had lost every road game and won every home game, GT took care of that. I would say their best chance for a loss would be VT.

The games in red are the ones I'm almost certain will be losses.

Crucifax is about right, I think. Therefore, we could easily see only Kansas still undefeated in time for the B12 Champ game......and then we walk on them.
Then what?

Well, then OU/LSU unless the Cajuns lose again.
It could very well happen.

South Florida on Thursday Night in New Jersey, then Boston College the next Thursday in Blacksburg, Then Arizona State a week from Saturday aginst Cal and Ohio State the same day in Happy Valley where Penn St has taken 5 out of 7 from OHIOST. That leaves KU and Hawai still unbeaten. Hawai even if they go unbeaten won't be in the bcs championship game because they won't beat a Top 25 team all year.
