Hey, if Oklahoma suffered years and years of misery despite controlling an entire state of fanbase and recruiting opportunities of great players, wouldn't YOU want to hack a poll to put them at the top if you could?
The Illini have great, rowdy Big 10 fans that are long suffering through misery and many defeats (in football, not basketball). Let them have their fun, until they threaten OU for supremacy. Then, they SUCK AGAIN! :D

Gotta be a Big 10 fan or an ESPN staffer. Everyone else knows that the crappy Big 10 does not have six of the top 30.

yeah, it lets you vote more than once... this can't be that hard to fix

Illinois is Champagne-Urbana, right? they have a pretty big CS department ;)
