Lou Holtz, one of the 2 coaches that did not vote LSU #1 (in spite of his contractual agreement to do so) after the 2003 National Championship, has now just donned an LSU cap and given us a pep talk.

We're going down.

Yep, but given a choice...would you rather win and LSU, Ohio State, South Florida, etc. also win or would you rather win and they all lose?

We're just hoping...Not overlooking the fact that we have to win too. The whole not worrying about everyone else theory is great for players and coaches, but it's fans' job to hope for the best all around.

There was a clip showing Holtz and Smiles visiting wounded troops. I feel bad for the wounded troops, but why make it worse having those 2 goons over there?

He's also the guy that said ND would win, at least, eight games. He also picked ND to beat BC this weekend. The guy is like a lisping piece of anti-matter. I'd load up big on BC.
