Has anyone (especially outside Oklahoma, since it hasn't opened here yet for some weird reason) seen this flick yet? It's based on the Krakauer book of the same name.

Hmm, well dang. I was pretty sure it opened nation-wide last Friday, with a few exceptions. If it hasn't opened in Atlanta, though, maybe it isn't in wide release as I thought.

BTW, the book is outstanding.

Not sure if it's in Atl or not yet. Just know I haven't seen it at my local plex.

I'm glad b/c I'll get to read the book first. I've heard it's a great story.

Book is very good (Under the Banner of Heaven is better).

Sean Penn sucks.

That's about all I have to say about this.

Just finished the book. Tragic stuff.

Can't wait to see this. Anybody catch it?
