My sister blueyedsooner (http://www.soonerfans.com/forums/member.php?u=36421) had her baby this morning (October 9) at 12:35 a.m. Everyone is doing great.

Carolina is 5 lbs., 3 oz. and 17.5 inches long and has a full head of black hair.

Congratulations...hope that mom and baby are doing well. No better time to be born than a few days after beating Texas!

Actually, it kinda blows, my daughter's b-day is tomorrow and so every year now, (she's 6) her b-day party falls on OU/tx weekend.

Makes attending the game dramatically harder.

I hear ya...both of my sons' b-days fall during the football season. Wish you luck on that.:cool:

Thanks for all the Congrats. We are finally home. Had to stay a day longer b/c she was a little jaundice...have to go back tomorrow for more tests just to make sure we don't need light therapy again.
She had us scared for awhile on Monday, but Carolina Bleu made her appearance in the wee hours of the morning, Tuesday...via csection. I highly reccommend the spinal drugs b/c before that I was a nasty mean ol bitty....and rightly so!:D

She's just sleeping away the days right now. I'm taking full advantage of that while I can!! ;)
