Maybe LSU. South Florida will lose somewhere. So will Ohio State.

True I don't think anyone thought USC and OU would lose to the bad teams they did. LSU could lose somewhere.

1. LSU could have problems with Auburn, Bama and maybe Arkanfadden.

2. California plays everyone in Pac; they may lose 1 or 2.

3. Ohio State is very beatable; PSU, Illinois, Michigan will give them problems.

4. BC loses at Virginia Tech, Mary and Clem may have something to say.

5. USF has to get through Rutgers and Cincy. UConn is 5-0 (another trap).

11. Mizzou falls to OU!!!! MU also has to go to KU and KSU.

14. AZ St. has California, Oregon and USC to deal with.

15. Cincy has USF and WVA to go and even a 5-0 UConn (who knows).

16. Hawaii isn't much a threat but Boise and Udub will make them work for it.

20. Kansas can actually win all the games they have left going into the Missouri game. But they do go play @ Colorado, @TAMU, Nebraska and @ OSU all in a row. Those are all winnable games and they could be 11-0 going into the Missouri game.

unranked UConn is also undefeated but they aren't a threat at all.

Hate to say it - BUT - I see South Florida Making it All the Way....

5. USF has to get through Rutgers and Cincy. UConn is 5-0 (another trap)

Then What...??? #2 ..?? --- Would they really be invited to the NC Game..??

I Guess the pollsters woud have No Choice....

Cal has already beat Oregon and the only team that can match up to them is USC. Cal plays USC at home on Nov 10. BUT has to play at ASU.

Could be OSU LSU CAL and USF ALL undefeated ......oh the BCS nightmare

I think if Cal were to lose to SUC, and they were to jump us in the polls, this place would explode and there would be a riot in the streets. I still for the life of me cannot understand why SUC is so high. Look at the other teams and the upsets:

UF to Auburn: dropped 5 spots
OU to CU: 7 spots
Meatchicken to Appy St.: Out of the polls
WVU to USF: 8 spots

So you are telling me that Stanford is better than Auburn, CU, USF or even Appy State? C'mon media and coaches, did someone affiliated with SUC offer for your parents to live in $300K house, too? Jeebus!

way I see it is, if Colorado manages to win 7-8 and Stanford wins less than 6, then OU would have to get the nod over USC if that were to happen.

That's how NU was able to go to the Rose Bowl over Oregon in 2001. Stanford finished with 9 wins but was unranked when they beat Oregon. NU lost late to a top 15 CU on the road.

Hell, I don't know really. It's good to talk though.

South Florida could easily lose out folks. I think they are good but that's not an easy schedule. Even Syracuse has a tough enough defense to win.

LSU has the best schedule of these teams but they could lose one game.

The teams in contention for the title won't finish undefeated. Hawai will but won't be a threat for the bcs title.

It goes without saying that no one going undefeated bodes well for us. Right now, according to the polls, and even most analysts, we are the best one loss team. As I seen on one ranking (I believe foxsports.com) the reason that we are rated to so high is the theory that the team is absolutely loaded and could beat anyone in the country. There is a belief amongst voters that the way that we lost, we actually beat ourselves vice CU beating us. What we need, though, is for CU to win the North. An obliteration of them CCG will only lock this into people's minds.

The way this year is going I don't see anyone making it all the way through

and i would fear for the existence of the world if such a thing were to occur.

As far as I can tell the only team that isn't gonna lose one this year is everyone's favorite opponent "idle"
