Carroll did a two-handed choke sign when he was coach of the Jets, it was directed at Don Shula. I grew up a Dolphins fan and have thought Carroll was a classless jerk (being nice using those words) ever since....and still is to this day.

I knew he had done something classless, just couldn't remember what it was. What about the time when he had one of his players fake a suicide by throwing a dummy off a building? He said it was all in good fun. The guy is weird.

Yeah, I remember that. Some sort of annual April Fool's or Halloween prank. I don't know if this is true or not, but I heard that some of the players were completely fooled and so upset they were crying. Did NOT sound like just good fun to me.
