Dang, and all I have is burgers today. Hope we dine on Bevo brisket when the day is done. It's only 9:22 here in dear old San Antone.

Yes the BEVO BRISKET is the way to go.

I dry marinated mine for 2 days.....giving some shots of Worcestershire once per day. It turns out real nice.

After an hour on the grill, I then start throwing hickory chips at it until it is done.

Wow that all sounds good. I am setting on an Iraqi base wishing I could have a brisket, steak, and yes even the burger sounds good...

Getting ready to head over to the stadium!! Probably going to stop by Chick-Fil-A for the regular gameday appetizer and then definitely going for the corn dog at the fair. I'll be the one yelling loud enough for everyone!! Have a good game and enjoy the bevo!!!

Hey all.

It's 11:45a here in Indy. All the gear is on, Gameplan PPV ordered and DVR set, Flag is up, and the neighbors have been awakened by my screams of Boomer Sooner. :D

Listening/Watching some Hype Video, Fight Songs, etc.

My Bevo brisket was the difference. By the way, it was perfect! ;)
