Finally. Why the government didn't raid the place is beyond me, but I do like the method they used to bring them down.

U.S. marshals posing as supporters carried out the arrests of tax evaders Ed and Elaine Brown, officials said Friday.

The undercover officers were invited in by the Browns on Thursday evening, and before the couple realized they weren't supporters, they were already under arrest.

"Ultimately, this open-door policy that they seemed to have, which allowed the Browns to have some supporters bring them supplies, welcome followers and even host a picnic -- this proved to be their undoing," U.S. Marshal Stephen Monier said. "They invited us in. We escorted them out."

They've already been tried, so execute them and put their heads on the White House fence as a warning to all the other tax cheats.

Better the government go in and raid them like they do everything else, then let them hole up for a couple months in their compound.

I think that was a brilliant move by the feds. No one was hurt. Those people sound pretty dangerous.

They cause the rest of us to pay more due to their evading.

How much you wanna bet they sue under the Fourth Amendment b/c the cops didn't knock and announce first?;)

I'm only partly joking.

The same could be said for illegal aliens.
