I'm drawing a blank here. It was a movie about some kids that transfer to a high school. I think they transfer and the school is using mind control on the kids kind of making them stepford like. It came out in the mid to late 90's.
Any ideas? And no, I'm not thinking of The Faculty.

Tom Berenger played QB for UCLA. he now tours the country with a celebrity softball team raising money for charities. great guy.
