Neither are the freakin one size fits most elastic banded hats. I just don't get it, surely a piece of cloth for a strap with a little metal buckle can't be that much more expensive to produce.
Course if you ****s would stop buying the piece-o-****s they would stop making them.:D

I agree. I just bought the cutest OU baseball cap. Its white, with pink and crimson lettering wand a pink cloth button on top. It had Velcro, which I really hate. So I removed those two pieces, bought some matching fabric, sewed on a matching cloth strip that is the size I like, made a matching cloth covered button, and a button hole to secure it on the side.

I crafted my own hat out of popsicle sticks and pipe cleaners.

Fits perfect.

I smelt your hat too.

You should shower more often.

He who smelt it, dealt it.
I got nothing.

I hate the ones with the metal piece and the cloth. I LOVE the "One Size Fits All" stretchy ones. They're rad. But my favorite is still the old plastic with the dots type.

Of course...I have a massively large noggin...so I have to duct tape the ones with the plastic dots on the back because it only fits me with one dot punched in.

My favorite are the fitted ones, though.

I'm not crazy about the velcro ones, but since any and all "locker room" caps are made with them, I have to live with it. Plus, I still prefer the velcro straps to that goofy circa-1994 cloth strap and buckle that just screams "I got this free with purchase of some Dockers and a mangina".

Mesh hats rule.

And the brim has to be totally flat. None of this pre-curved brim crap.

if you don't buy a fitted hat, then it's not a hat.

Mesh hats rule.

Yep, particularly when they are adorned with the Skoal or Copenhagen logo.

I only wear trucker hats. Not even on my head all the way and tilted off to the side.

Wow, I actually like the velcro strap. :O

The metal buckle thing always dug into the back of my head.

I've got more than one hat.

The foil one is for posting.

One size does not fit all, I have a flex-fit OU hat and it gives me headaches. I have a few Franchise Red Sox hats in XXL that fit great but they only have the college hats up to XL, I wish they would get the OU hat in XXL (http://www.lids.com/pid/025452).

I agree with Harry Beanbag on this one. Inevitably, someone hits you somehow or you end up falling yourself in a manner that the metal ****ing hurts.
