BTW, Vikings need to think about trading Chester so he stops stealing carries from AD. AD didn't even start today.

so did you lose the remote or destroy it?

There are some pretty good individual matches in the President's Cup, but not much overall drama.

i think i lobbed it behind the couch after Reggie dropped the punt. i gave a cursory search this AM, but i can live with it for now.

i really want Verplank to beat Sabbatini. halve is as good as a W. Scotty was the man when i was growing up in junior golf and he was playing at Okie State. he's had a good year, won the Nelson and has two top 10's in majors.

BTW, after AD torched the GB defense he was rewarded with 1 carry in the 3rd. And we bitch about our playcalling.

Go to a Vikings board and their main gripe is how Childress sits Adrian down in the second half. I realize they don't want to wear him out but when he is the only offense that you have, you have to ride that horse.

I didn't get to watch it, but AD's stats didn't change for pretty much the entire 2nd half. Glad I'm not the only one who thought that was a bit curious.

Also noticed he returned 3 kicks for 98 yards.

I saw that to; first time i saw his stats he had 12 carries for 112 yds, and that was the 3rd quarter i believe; don't think he touched the ball at all in the 4th quarter; we got to see the last few minutes of the game on Fox 23, and after the game even the announcers were talking about how they need to get AD the ball more because he basically is their home run threat.

I have never seen a punter run as hard as the GB punter on a fake...probably needs to be in their backfield..http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter?season=2007&week=REG4&game_id=29249

AD is clearly the best player on the TEAM and I mean the WHOLE team. He had a 51 yard kick return as well.

So far he has been there best RB, WR and now kick return specialist.

I hear next week he will be playing RB,WR,LB,SPECIAL TEAMS and he will also coach the 2nd half.

He is a BADASS!

I'm just glad to see AD in a place where he is mucho appreciated by the fans. That's turned into a great situation for him, though the game-day coaching seems more than a little suspect.

My concern is that he's going to get hurt carrying the whole team on his back. AD looks awesome, though it would be hard not to give him the ball every time. I loved the run where he dragged a guy for 20 yards, and then the guy was hurt after the play. AD rules.

...but the PACKERS STILL WIN! YAY!!! :D:):D:):D:):D:)
(like that? green and gold smileys there?! yeaaaaah)

We have these nice little cheesy Packer songs the radio plays up there before and after games, and one goes like this:

(to the theme of green acres)

Green Bay is the place to be
Packer football is the life for me
Lambeau Field on the southwest side
All you teams can run but you cannot hide!

No other place I'd rather be
VICTORY! Is what I see
I just admore a skybox view
Darling I love Lombardi Avenue!

It's our year to win the Super Bowl
We're the team to beat, yeah isn't that so!
Vince Lombardi's looking down on us,
He'd be proud again as he once was!

(I know about a half dozen of these songs because I listened to them every week of every fall for about a dozen years)

Oh... and BRETT FAVRE. What a football god. I love you Brett Favre and you broke my heart 12 years ago when you married your wife and stuff. You also broke every girl's heart in Wisconsin :(:(:(

But, I found a nice Sooner boy, so it all worked out :):D:):D

Go you packers, go go!

Ced has 2.
Yep, out of 28 games in 2 full seasons, a trip to the Superbowl last year and 4 games this year. They were stupid for thinking he was a primary back and taking him with the fifth pick.

They should line up AD at QB in the shotgun and just snap him the ball on every down; he couldn't be any worse than Holcombe

Ok, Cubbie, you shaddap and you shaddap now. Your Chi-town teams are coming off a Super Bowl appearance, in the NBA Eastern Conference finals and are heading to baseball's playoffs, where as I am using sobbing myself to sleep because...

1-The Bucks traded away the "Big 3" all-stars Sam Cassell, Glenn Robinson and Ray Allen.
2- Yi doesn't want to play in Milwaukee because we don't have enough Asians.
3- Did I mention the Bradley Center sucks?
4- The only all-stars that want to play there are ones that we drafted in the second round.
5- The Brewers would rather cut salaries than fill a stadium.
6- The stadium we built leaks through its expensive retractable roof.
7- Robin Yount retired a dozen years ago.
8- We missed the playoffs again in baseball, basketball AND football!
9- The Packers are no longer immortal at home
10- We didn't get to draft AD
11- Reggie White retired
12- Then died after unretiring and playing for another team
13- We love our teams dearly, but they keep losing!

And there you have all... the reasons why we hate you, Chi-town, and YOU make ME wanna puke, because you're GARBAGE, you Chi-town teams, and the fact that you get to enjoy championship runs while we suffer is GARBAGE too. I'm a fan! I'm suffering!

Umm are Redd and Bogut still there? Sorry, but I really don't follow the NBA.

2- Yi doesn't want to play in Milwaukee because we don't have enough Asians.

Your team's fault for taking him, then.

3- Did I mention the Bradley Center sucks?

Never been there.

4- The only all-stars that want to play there are ones that we drafted in the second round.

Chandler-for-Brown and then getting Ben Wallace was actually not a very good trade.

5- The Brewers would rather cut salaries than fill a stadium.

Really? Well tell those who live in Milwaukee should to go to games every now and then and stop letting Cubs fans in when the Cubs play there.

6- The stadium we built leaks through its expensive retractable roof.

I went there in 2002, and it was raining outside. I did notice the roof leak. I kinda wondered that myself. It's nice that the Brewers don't have to make up home games, though.

7- Robin Yount retired a dozen years ago.

Prince Fielder and Ryan Braun (assuming the Brewers sign them) are pretty good hitters and should make you forget about them. What the Brewers need is a few more good pitchers and a competent manager. Yost will do nothing for that team.

8- We missed the playoffs again in baseball, basketball AND football!

The packers missing the playoffs this year would be a catastrophe. The Brewers were really exposed for who they were though. After a 24-10 start they did mostly nothing against a really weak division. Braun and Fielder can't do it alone.

9- The Packers are no longer immortal at home

Boo hoo.

10- We didn't get to draft AD

We (Bears) didn't either. Instead, we traded a pretty good RB for a blocking sled and stuck ourselves with a guy that can hold onto a TV but not a football, and a guy with the same name but nowhere near the same player.

11- Reggie White retired

How long ago was that?

12- Then died after unretiring and playing for another team

He did? When? For who?

13- We love our teams dearly, but they keep losing!

Look at the current NFC North standings.

Bears haven't won a Super Bowl in 20 years (although we went to one last year), and have QBs who like to throw the ball to the other team. Bulls are getting better still, but Cleveland is gonna be fricking crazy good if they find a Scottie Pippen-type for Lebron James. The Cubs haven't won a WS since WWI, and haven't been to one since WWII.
