I'm not sure but I think the numbers on this pic show the rows.

I thought those might be the numbers for the rows, but i thought they added bleacher seats down in the endzone that arent on that diagram. Thanks

not sure exactly. but i do know there are approximately 7.5 inches from the front of a seat, to the back on the one in front of it - leaving a negative 4.8 inches for my knees.

Those bleachers are built up higher than what the chart shows here.
