My time was bad. 32:44, but it was the furthest I have ever ran in my life. It was also here in boulder in the HIgh altitude.

First time is not about the time, it's about finishing. Good job.

Oh, I was talking about a 5K run, btw.

Strangely, the lack of oxygen has corrected many of your typing woes...

It's a freaking 5K. That's like a lap around the park. Anyone who couldn't finish should just go ahead and put a bullet in their head.

Did you end up 5k from where you started or was it a circle?

You're half my age. I can run a 10K, so you can run a 10K. You could probably even do a half-marathon. The whole marathon thing is just retarded. And those ultra-marthon guys are plain stupid.

Oh yeah, I left out triathletes. WTF is up with that ****? The thought of putting on a speedo to swim AND bicycle in AND run in makes me go concave.

if you've been there for all week, you're already adjusted to the altitude

the best advice i saw about adjust is either arrive the same day of a race/game at altitude or give yourself about a week so you can adjust. If you only allow a couple days, it's worse then arriving same day.

I think John Denver was discovered while running a marathon.
