Actually.. Coach Cupcake is in deep doo doo.

Express-News Nails Fran's *** Big-time. (http://www.mysanantonio.com/sports/big12/stories/MYSA092807.01D.FBC.Aggies.Franchione.en.34050d6.ht ml)

Apparently, Coach Franocchio has been selling to the big cigars, inside information on injuries, which such information is not generally released to the general public and information of a derogatory nature about the players on his team

He's got HUGE HIPPA issues here...

He's got HUGE unauthorized release of private student information issues here...

He's got HUGE issues regarding the money received from this website and where it went (come on.. Franocchio makes $2M a year and can't afford a website???)...

And... aggy may have HUGE issues with the NCAA should they deem this information being sold to be used in gambling ventures and "Lack of institutional control."

Stay tuned... I think it could get ugly very very soon in dog humper-ville!

it turns out that the loyal Aggie fan become not quite loyal anymore when they are disaapointed.

Wasn't the Big Red Auto employee who ratted those players out, a Texas Aggie?

I think she was the girlfriend of an aggy.. she passed on the info to aggy who sent the email and made it public.

Who but an Aggie would fire the WINNINGEST coach in aTm history and replace him with a coach struggling to stay above .500.

I have actually heard that he is going to be in a lot of trouble. He has an email mailing list of people which pay him $1,200 a season to get inside information about players, injuries, etc. that he will not release to the public.

A funny sidenote...

Coach Fran posts on a site called FireDennisFranchione.com

There are hundreds of aggies on there saying that J-Train should have got the ball more, but Fran was too stupid to win the game and just likes kicking field goals.

Then, like the blank expression he usually has when he "frans" things up, he waltzes in there, posts about BTHO Baylor and crap, asking aggies to show their 12th man support.

That site tends to be down since so many people have been visiting it lately :D but if you catch it while it's up, check out his funny "letters to aggie nation" or whatever he calls them.

Why is it that the players are always the one who get hurt?

Winningest coach at TAMU, gold medal winner at the special olympics, etc.

In a released statement by the NCAA, "The Aggies are
paying a coach for
work not performed".

The penalty is expected to be announced after the Baylor game. Information from unnamed sources leads speculation that the punishment will be a five year extension on said coach's contract.
