Now that I am done with School, and have free time at night again, I have started watching shows on TV again. So far, I am watching How I Met Your Mother, Heroes, The Biggest Loser, Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and Friday Night Lights. I also got into Nip/Tuck this summer, and should be completely caught up by the time the first season starts. What other shows should I check out?

I despise The Office. I just hate Steve Carrell too much to enjoy the show.

You hate Will Ferrell? You have no sense of humor, do you?

I have sense of humor. However, Will Ferrell isn't funny. John C. Reilly, now there's a funny man.

Will Ferrell WAS funny.

He peaked with Anchorman. Hasn't made a funny movie (outside of his cameo in Wedding Crashers) since.

Stranger Than Fiction was good. but wasn't really a "Will Ferrell" movie. And Blades of Glory was much funnier than Talladega Nights. But I agree, still no Anchorman.

You need less corn in your diet.

Corn tastes better when consumed as meat rather than vegetable.

this is one hell of a threadjack.

to get back on topic:
I don't keep up with pop culture, but I get my weekly dose from The Soup and Best Week Ever.
I enjoy House, but don't necessarily watch every week
If you enjoy travel and other cultures check out Anthony Bourdain No Reservations

I've seen part of that. I like Kitchen Nightmares with Gordon Ramsey as well.

oh yeah, if you're able to download and watch shows (burn dvd's or direct out of your video card) you should check out:
Trailer Park Boys- from Canada, this is my favorite show ever. 7 seasons of greatness out there
Kenny vs. Spenny- from Canada: 2 guys who compete every week at a challenge. Kenny always tries to cheat, Spenny always tries to win clean. Whoever loses gets shamed somehow. It's more interesting than it sounds.

Kitchen Nightmares is good too, and the BBC version is supposed to be great.
