eggsellent.
Westerns are the shizz and its good to see them. They are our particularly American film genre and we should support them when quality ones get made.
I highly recommend the film. Pretty violent, but not much gratuitous secks, and none of that was explicit. The "Gladiator" d00d (Russell Crowe) was believable in the role of a really bad man with a few redeeming qualities. His gang of cutthroats would have made Headly LaMarr proud.
Methinks I need to score the 1957 film on which it was based. Peter Fonda was a plus too.
Go see it.
Next up: Brad Pitt plays Jesse James -- coming later this fall. Maybe the only time a Missouri actor has ever played the guy in a feature length film.
