One of these years I am going to make games down there. I went to the Hogs-UK game 5 years ago when Lorenzen was the QB. I think Fayetteville is not anywhere near the traditional SEC schools in terms of atmosphere.

true, but I got no beef with Georgia, so I'm pulling for them. Plus I think Bama got lucky vs. Arky last week.

TV contracts, ABC only likes to put USC and Big Ten games on at night. Since ABC selects before FSN that is why games get moved to 2:30.

My wife made a comment that all of the OU that she has been to (mostly OU-Tech) have been night games. I like them, we are going to the Mizzou game and I hope it is a night one as well.

Weird sometimes. Big 12 crowd in general, very reserved. We have so much tradition but so quiet sometimes. Just an opinion. Our OU crowd is probably spoiled with 7 NC.:D BOOMER!

Fayetteville is not located in what you would call traditional SEC country. It's more suited for the Big 12 than the SEC. There's no cotton fields, bayous or beaches there.

this is what I tell my Arky buddy. Althought I agree with him that SEC fans are a bit more passionate about football than big 12 fans, Arky doesn't really fit the SEC mold.

Unlike last nights crew? They asked him if he wanted to call some of the game, and he said "no". Smart man. That little interview was short and sweet and didn't take away from the game. He basically told them to get back to business. I'm sick of these ESPN crews trying to make the sport's news with all these "E" type side trips, instead of covering the sports event at hand in a professional manner.

I like to look at the LOS when I watch teams play, and we got dominated tonight. Atleast we are recruiting well :D
