Eh, people were probably tapping their heels and smirking yesterday when the score was 7-0 Tulsa, too. Florida will bounce back.

WE, on the other hand, will not only bounce back, but beat anyone who tries to embarrass us by many points... whether it be 41, or 60 something :D

I'm not gonna lie. I would be doing the happy dance right here in my living room had Ole Miss been able to pull a W out of their butts on this one, but this still is good for us. If we do not leap back over Florida, something is really wrong.

Florida won, which is ultimately all that matters. Maybe that's their bad game for the year.

And Florida, historically, ALWAYS struggles in games in the state of Mississippi. They lost to a 3-9 Mississippi State team in 2004 in Starkville when they were 27 point favorites. Ole Miss beat them in 2002, Mississippi State beat them again in 2000, and then they lost to MSU back in '92 as well.

It's just one of those things. They play like crap in that state.

I didn't notice any incidents of hostilities between OU and TU last night. I think Brando merely looked at the final score like Mike Stupido did for SI when we beat A&M 77-0 a few years back. Stoops had our reserve backs running right up the middle and taking knees on third downs to try and keep the score down.
