Like my neighbor, Ann, who passed away 2 nights ago. She was a great neighbor, and a good, tough salt-of-the earth gal from the U of T (and a take-no-prionsers CPA as well.) Her mom, 85, still lives next door with Ann's husband. Mom taught at UT years ago and she's another classy southern lady, with no phoniness in her. They even have a painting of a longwhorn sipping tea. :eek: So long, Ann, you fought a great fight, and the neighborhood will miss you, though City Hall might be a tad relieved that you won't be breathing down their necks any more.
